Nothing excites me more than seeing a place with lots of pop of colors. It’s eye candy indeed and once you step inside; Happy Beach stands true to its name. Happy Beach in Cebu is indeed one of the most happiest beach and instagrammable worthy place in Mactan, Cebu.
The place is bursted with pink and colourful hues, I am not a fan of pink but I got amazed at how they really went to the extreme in making this place so colourful and beautiful. The resort itself has two inflatable playgrounds, 16 bedrooms and a pool bar with inflatable animals, plus they have the cutest and most colourful lounging areas.
The place is really IG-worthy and while I was enjoying my stay during the #SinulogBeachFestival, I had the best time posing and taking photos. Every corner makes you really happy.
Just a reminder when taking photos, you have to know what are your shots and angle are since this place has been in so many social media channels, and expect a lot of happy beach goers, so there may be times that it might get too crowded and you might have a hard time finding that Instagram worthy shot.
Some comments I received through my Instagram page is how Happy Beach can be very misleading because the place looks huge in photos but in reality it’s just a small area but rest assured that despite of it’s flaw and restrictions, you will surely have a wonderful time on your stay there. Plus the rates are affordable if you book via Klook.

How to get there:
If you are from Cebu it may take you an hour or two depending on traffic. Go directly towards Tambuli Beach East and ask for direction going to Angasil Port.
If you are coming from Mactan Cebu International Airport, it will only take you 23-35 minutes. Ride a taxi and tell them you have to go to Angasil Port.
From Angasil Port, there are happy boats waiting which will cost you Php 50/per person for a round trip journey.
