I’m from Talisay City but I wasn’t aware that there’s a famous Kilawan just around my area. I was very happy that I was invited to the Media Launch of Manang Juling’s Kilawan. Continuing a family legacy, Manang Juling’s Kilawan offers the best of Cebuano flavours, specialising in kinilaw and other seafood dishes sourced from Tangke, Talisay.
They are known to be one of the first carienderias to serve sinugba, tinola and kinilaw, also known as “sutukil”, they value freshness just as much as flavour.
Now, almost 40 years, Manang Juling’s Kilawan brings the experience closer to their customers in Cebu City with their newly opened branch in Cebu’s midtown area at Mango Square Mall.
So for those in the city and has relied mainly in fast food, Manang Juling’s Kilawan brings the freshest and home-cooked recipes plus their restaurant gives the cosiest feel in the middle of the city. The warmth of their family legacy exudes a heartfelt feel in every dish they serve.
