Life is Sweet

Time flies so fast and I can’t believe that I am making now my first post for 2011.  I have to make it a habit now to visit your blogs, update mine and discover new blogs everyday.  So what are you going to expect from PensandLens for 2011 of course a lot.  I will have a new look for my Favorite Blog Awards and Promote a Friend awards.  Plus I am going to add another feature, that means 3 features per month.  I have to keep track about that.  Then I am going to get my hands busy in updating my Delance Beauty Report and my contribution for InStyle Cebu.  I am so excited for 2011 and I just can’t help it.

Last night we welcomed the New Year at the Central World grounds thank God King was with me this time.  Remember my New Years post last 2010, oh well this has been my second year of shouting and experiencing the Thai way of celebrating New Year.  It was actually refreshing to do the non-traditional way of slicing the cake, making noise with car horns, frying pans and piggy banks and yes drinking the “plant of life” according to my mom.  But then again during this time of the year I am missing my family terribly.

Before the New Years eve, I collapsed again for the -nth time.  I think that is the number one thing I should be taking care of this year, 2010 has been very lucky for me but health wise a big NO.  I have been sick many times and had a hard time breathing as well.  The doctor said that my Rheumatic Heart Disease is getting worst that I have to undergo an Anti Microbial Therapy to make sure I stay safe or else if my heart continues to rupture the valves I will have to get a valve replacement which I am really scared of.  But still happy since I have done this therapy before and I am pretty sure I can survive and do this successfully, no need to worry my dear.  Just enjoy the photos of the the night.  Will post a second half of the event tomorrow. when King and I decided to brave the big crowd outside, I decided to change into my comfy jelly flats which became the best idea ever.
