Elle Fashion Week Day 1

First of all, I would like to say thank you so much for the inspiring words of love and encouragement. As what you have all said, this too shall pass, I can handle this.  Thank you again for making me feel better.  Aside from that, being away from the bad vibes made me unwind and just loved my life right now.

I love my blog projects, the offers and everything.  It molded me to become a great writer/blogger but relationships and issues with the heart, gawd!  I am such a klutz about it.  But thank god for the first day of Elle Fashion Week. It was jam packed and there were loads of stylish people around.  I’ve always thought that Bangkok is the fashion-forward type but the big picture of it just slapped me today.

The place was wonderful and the butterflies in my stomach was more than enough to explain how much I really love the show.  This is my first time to attend a fashion event and seeing the designs on the runway, I was totally amazed.  I did not get the best seat but still thankful that I was able to watch something extraordinary.

Runway photos will follow, it might be a smashing post with all the designs from great designers of Thailand.  I think I just dropped my jaw upon seeing how fierce and sleek all the designs are.  The Greyhound special design for the new Volvo car is totally exceptional and Kloset Red Carpet has been one of the best ready to wear line in Thailand.  Need I say more?  Sorry for not taking runway photos, I am not allowed to do that.  Official photographers of big fashion firms in Bangkok are the only ones who can take photos.  No photos of the runway has been release up to this moment.  But then again the designs are still fresh in my mind.  I would love to watch all the shows tomorrow but I only need to choose 1, the Zenithorial show.

Oh and that reminds me, I have to wear heels for the remaining days of the Fashion Week.  I felt like a midget earlier, all the girls were on their pretty heels and I was walking low with a flat sandals, bohoo!!!!  But overall, the accommodation was awesome, the staff were pretty strict but they were really nice, the models did a great job and everyone ended the first day with a big smile.

Looking forward for Day 2 tomorrow.
