I am no expert about this but I will relay to you one of my secret weapons. Since I gained a tremendous amount of weight since 2006 and until now, I am now ready to admit the fact that I have been building up a bad amount of cellulite’s around my thighs. It totally grossed me out, so I went online and check some tips. Here is what I found.
– Massaging your thighs or any parts of your body where fat and cellulite’s are built up increase the chances of getting rid of it.
– You can actually use a lotion or a massage oil. Aromatic oils are fun to play with, not only it smells good but it also relaxes your mind and body.
– If you can go to the sauna daily, it can help a lot since it’s the best way to massage your fats. Go to a steam bath as well, do it as often as possible.
– Before you go to sleep, give yourself a little massage over your thighs, towards your arms and yes your belly.
I did follow those tips and so far so good, every time I look at myself in the mirror, I don’t get grossed anymore.
Be sure to continue doing this, do not be too lazy when it comes to loving and pampering yourself. You don’t need to go to an aesthetics clinic to get rid of your cellulite’s, you can actually do it yourself. It takes perseverance baby!
Now, let me figure out how to get rid of my stretch marks. Though I am happy since this is an indication of me losing weight but it is really a pain seeing those cob webs on my arms and back.
